I've had a headache for several days now (not seperate headaches...the same one). It feels like it's a sinus headache mixed with a tension headache. Given that it's spring (allergies) & I still have no clue what the hell is going on with my job (tension), that's probably a good guess. The tension part of it (which started in the back of my head, right above the bump where your spine joins your skull) has moved down a bit into my neck & shoulders.

Just to make it extra special, nothing is really helping it. Sinus meds help a little (a very little), but plain old aspirin or Tylenol does nothing. I looked at Target last night for something else to try. Learned that "Tension Headache" means that it's aspirin plus tylenol (sorry, can't spell the active ingredient) plus caffeine and that "Migraine" is the same as extra-strength aspirin (also with caffeine). Finally bought some "sinus headache" which is tylenol plus a decongestant. It's been of pretty minimal help.
